Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Vidlak Family Vineyards in the Applegate.

Our ceremony will start promptly at 3:00 pm. Please arrive between 2:30-2:45pm to get parked and situated in your seats. Guests who arrive late will be held at the reception area and will not be able to attend the ceremony.

We kindly ask all guests to wear solid, dark cocktail attire, preferably black. Please avoid wearing any bright and vibrant colors so our photos have a consistent look. Our ceremony will take place in a grassy area, so keep appropriate footwear in mind!

As much as we adore your little ones, this is an adults-only celebration. Mom's and dad's deserve a night off, and we want you to give your full attention to the celebration!

We kindly ask all guests to keep there phones put away during the ceremony, as we will have professional photographers there to capture the moment. As soon as the reception starts, feel free to take all the photos you'd like!

Yes. We will be providing snacks during cocktail hour and a full dinner. Beer, Wine, and Seltzers are on us. There will NOT be hard alcohol served at our wedding.

All parking will be right inside the front gate at the entrance to the venue and our hosts will have parking attendants to guide you into the proper area. A golf cart will be available to shuttle guests to and from the ceremony area.
